The clients have presented the architect with a whole range of tasks the main idea of which came down to creating the environment where different household members were not in each others' way while going about their business. That is why Roman Leonidov has planned a building consisting of several different units.
The ground floor is allocated for the common spaces, while the second houses private quarters.
